  • How much is postage?

Flat rate shipping of $10 (Australia Only)

I offer postage tracking numbers, but do not take responsibility for lost items through Australia Post

At this stage, there is no flat rate INTERNATIONAL shipping available. If you are interested, please send me an email to littlemoandco@gmail.com

 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive in the mail?

 

If you purchase a product that is already made, it will generally take 3-5 working days within Australia

Made to order items will be noted in the product description. Any custom order may take up to 2 weeks, but I will contact via email to provide an accurate timeframe for each order

SALE ITEMS - may take additional days, depending on order load

 

  • Refunds/Exchange

 

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty and we have been notified via email within 7 days of delivery. Return postage must be paid by customer

We are happy to exchange incorrect sizes at your expense (postage both ways to be paid by the customer) within 7 days. No exchange for change of mind. We will only exchange unworn clothing. Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment

PLEASE understand I am only one woman who's a full time mummy that sews during naps times and late into the night. Every effort is made to ensure that your product is of the highest quality,  however, in the event of any issues please email me so that I can rectify them as soon as possible. Happy customers are our number one goal!

Sale items are final, no refunds or exchanges
